6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds expire in accordance with the timeframe specified in each offer. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to review and action bonus offers within the stated validity period.
7.1 Fairness & RNG. 10.3 99abgame makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

Any verified real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of the KYC process.
